How quickly will my order arrive?
Our aim is to dispatch all items ordered before 2pm on the same day.
UK – All orders are sent using a tracked day delivery service. You should receive your item from 3-5 working days after dispatch.
We’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above timelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.
We will email you when your order is dispatched by us and our courier will email you on the day of delivery.
If you provide a mobile number when you checkout, our courier will also send an SMS message on the day of delivery.
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive another email when your order has been dispatched.
In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the courier’s website

Manage your delivery
We have teamed up with the best UK couriers to provide our customers with the best delivery service possible which is both fast and flexible.
If we miss you on the first delivery attempt, we will try again the next working day. Alternatively, you can visit the courier’s website and easily re-arrange your delivery to something which suits you better. You can choose from the following options for your convenience:
- Collect from depot
- Leave in a safe place
- Leave with a neighbour
- Request a different delivery day
Washroom Environment Ltd offer a returns policy. You may return any un-wanted, unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods unless the item is faulty, received in error or not as described. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage when returning an item.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, received in error or not as described, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can put it right.
Please include a completed copy of our returns form with a reason for return to help us process your return as efficiently as possible. Please enclose the form with the product and package up securely in the original packaging if possible. We will provide an exchange or refund as required. Items should be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post so we recommend that you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number.
